Missing DLLs (shouldn't need if you download the all-in-one above): MySQL Installer (IMPORTANT: Use LEGACY password authentication): HeavenMS (Credits to Heaven Team - I am not associated with them apart from being a big fanboy): MySQL workbench because thats what I'm used to. Java 8 is what Heaven was built in, so we'll stick with that.
Using Netbeans IDE in this tutorial, despite IntelliJ being superior because it has a smaller learning curve.
